Dear CK,
If someone told you that you were coming across as too aggressive in your resume, might it have something to do with you using the word aggressive right there in the second point under Qualifications?
"An extremely persistent and aggressive nature, ....."
How about if you try words like: 'very determined and assertive'? They will tone it down just like that.
Run that by your VP buddy again and see what he thinks.
He knows your new, adopted population better than I do.
