After going to all the trouble to sign up for yet another online service, it is absolutely rude not to have mentioned that I would get an error message regarding my chosen password until after I have attempted to sign up.
If you have directions for your potential customers try to be nice about it.
I am putting this in the Emergency Room. The author of this sign-up page should have seen this coming.
